FedEx Dataworks is currently searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing team! The Customer Support team will be providing white-glove service to members utilizing all products within our digital SaaS product suite. The CSR will assist in tracking orders, offering solutions to technical issues, and troubleshooting our incoming support volume.
