Faucets Assembly Operator

Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR

Competitive Compensation: Startingat $18.75 perhour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and Weekend shifts.  

Shifts Needed:

• 1st Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 5:00PM-3:30AM, Monday-Thursday
• Weekends - 1st Shift, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Weekends - 2nd Shift, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00pm - 5:00am

We are looking for Operator I in our PVD department withinthe Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location,where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroomproducts, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.  Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

• Performingall duties associated within the department 
• Followinginstructions and communicating effectively 
• Readsorders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, ordistributed. 
• Conveysmaterials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designatedareas. 
• Loadingwash baskets for washer.Sortsand places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according topredetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. 
• Assemblescustomer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves orconveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area.

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• Physical Capability: Abilityto perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting,and pushing weights of up to 50 pounds or more.
• Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen andbackground check.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and workperformance.
