The Luckadoo Agency, located in the Greater Atlanta/Northwest Georgia are, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Founder to lead our organization from inception to success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to building the company, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing a strong brand presence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall business strategy and vision for the company.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Lead outside sales efforts to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to ensure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable.
• Analyze business performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Foster a positive company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements for the company.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to drive business decisions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for entrepreneurship and business development.
