Services include in-home assessments, crisis and other therapeutic interventions, education, training, support groups, respite, advocacy and referrals to community services. Fully paid training for the Attachment & Trauma Fellowship Certification Program to advance your career.Work Schedule: Flexible, 37.5 hours/week, must be available evenings to meet client needs, with flex timeLocation: Home office based in Normal, IL but position is field-based with most time in the field visiting clients in Central IL. Also seeking therapists based in Decatur, IL or Charleston/Mattoon, IL areas due to client needs. Pay: $60,320 - $72,540/year salary/exemptResponsibilities:Assessment: Conducts mental health assessments.Service/Treatment Planning: With the input of client families, plans services and treatments/therapy that will strengthen and support the families and focus child(ren). All Individualized Treatment Plans must be Medicaid Rule 132 and COA compliant.Mentoring, Advocating, Supporting, and Educating: In accordance with the service goals, provides mentoring, advocacy, support, and education that will protect children, preserve families and enhance the mental health of children and families alike.Therapeutic Interventions: Provides appropriate therapeutic interventions (therapy) that will support the focus child(ren) and their families to enhance their overall level of functioning.Record keeping: Documentation must meet agency and grant funding requirements for timeliness, completeness and accuracy.Statement of Inclusion: The Baby Fold is committed to fostering a culture of respect and inclusion, where each individual feels empowered and where our differences are celebrated. Earning this prestigious credential attracts top talent from across the country allowing masters-level therapists to share their expertise throughout the nation and improve our world.Requirements Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.Valid Driver's license with adequate insurance and driving record.Must be available some weekday evenings and be comfortable with frequent travel to visit clients in their homesLCPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred, OR will have mentorship toward licensure Currently seeking either Licensed applicants (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) OR Unlicensed applicants with approved Master's Degrees with opportunities to advance!
