We're seeking a Family Therapist to join our founding team. This position will begin as part-time with the expectation of transitioning into full-time as our clinic grows. Your Role

As a Family Therapist at HavenRise, you'll:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents and their families.
• Conduct thorough family assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitate meaningful family sessions to improve communication and connection.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care.
• Provide psychoeducation to parents and guardians to empower them as partners in healing.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience providing family therapy, preferably with adolescents.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention abilities.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
• Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
• Comfort in a start-up environment; willing to adapt and grow as the clinic evolves.

📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL

🕒 Schedule: Part-Time

Hourly pay range of $32 to $45, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
