Job Description :
Coordinates necessary transportation for families. Maintains state vehicles clean and in good working order by performing minor preventive maintenance such as proper tire inflation and fluid levels. Assists investigators in maintaining a caseload of families receiving social services. Maintains liaison with community agencies and service organizations in order to determine the results of services rendered to individual clients Provides phone and client contact support. Submits and reviews reports and problems with the supervisor. Maintains and updates client files. Keeps records and prepares reports. Participates in training. Qualifications: A high school diploma and/or it's equivalent Valid Florida Drivers License Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/ Creole is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word) Telephonic skills with multiple lines Basic understanding of vehicle/safety maintenance Strong interper...Support, Worker, Skills, Retail, History
