Family Support Clinician - ADVOCATES : Job Details

Conduct assessments of strengths and needs. Complete crisis plans and coordinate treatment planning, in collaboration with family members. Provide individual and family therapy. Identify community resources and develop natural supports for youth and parent/guardian. Provide comprehensive care coordination. Provide coaching and skills training to youth and/or parent/guardian. Participate in on-call rotation providing support to families Qualifications Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related license-eligible field from an accredited university. At least two years of providing clinical services to children and/or families. Strong computer knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Outstanding reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
