100% outpatient practice model

Opening due to 2 retirements

Great referral base of specialists

Established group of providers and experienced support staff

Hospital affiliation for referrals/hospitalizations

Outpatient call only, 1 week at a time max 5-6 times a year

Schedule standard business hours with 1 evening per week until 7/8 pm and 1 Saturday per month

Physician-owned and managed, high-functioning group focused on patient-centered care

Guaranteed salary for first 2-3 years then transition to partnership model
