We are seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to become part of a thriving practice at a Family Health Center in Stillwater, NY. This facility offers robust practice support, flexible scheduling, and exciting opportunities for teaching and hybrid roles, making it an ideal environment for professional growth and patient care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
• Be supported by hospital-affiliated systems and a physician-led governance structure.
• Participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students, if desired.
• Engage in opportunities for involvement in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with an emphasis on full-time outpatient care with shared call rotation.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history.
• Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to a long-term relationship with the practice.

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics required.
• Active New York state medical license, or willingness to obtain.
• ACLS certification required.
• DEA certification required.
