- Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility, with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine -REQUIRED
- IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) -REQUIRED
- OB Fellowship-trained (to be completed prior to start) -REQUIRED
- Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections -REQUIRED
