A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is needed in Immokalee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am 5pm)
• 3 days per week in Immokalee and 2 days per week in Big Cypress
• Setting: Outpatient ambulatory clinics
• Caseload: 8-13 Patients per Day
• Call: 1 in 5 Weeks (Mainly Phone)
• Diagnose diseases, conditions, and illnesses
• Provide preventive care, prescribe medications and treatment plans

Requirements

• Master s Degree in Nursing
• ARNP License in the State of Florida
• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• 3 Years of Experience Required
• Experience in Primary Care preferred
