About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: On-site
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Full-Time
• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center

Responsibilities:

The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:

• Conducting physical examinations and providing immunizations.
• Ordering and interpreting lab tests, and conducting some lab procedures.
• Prescribing treatments and consulting with physicians as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and following up on abnormal test results.
• Participating in case conferences and continuing education programs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New York State and CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Competence in delivering health care and patient education
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Empathy and strong problem-solving abilities
