Job Description :
An impactful and autonomous Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) role is open on an innovative team in Hartford, Connecticut. This position focuses on revolutionizing healthcare through cutting-edge, in-home advanced wound care. You will lead assessments and treatments for complex cases with a desirable flexible schedule, no nights or weekends. The team provides all necessary equipment, training, and travel expense coverage, empowering the practitioner to transform patient lives. Position Highlights
  • Great schedule options of Monday-Friday approximately 7:30am - 3:30pm, or 4 x 10-hour shifts
  • Travel is required with full mileage reimbursement as you drive between patient homes in a designated territory, but an internal team assists with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency
  • Benefit from a work-life balance with no weekends, evenings, on-call, or holidays
  • All necessary equipment, medical supplies, and training is provided
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR

Compensation and Benefits
  • Highly competitive base salary and uncapped RVU bonus structure with proven earnings of 175K+ potential

Candidate Requirements
  • Must hold an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
  • A graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program
  • At least one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is required
  • A clinical background in adult, family, geriatric, surgical, and/or wound care is preferred
  • A willingness to obtain multi-state licensure (covered)
  • While one year of wound care experience is preferred, the company also provides additional training
