TheDepartment of Ambulatory Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to joinour dynamic outpatient team, providing comprehensive family medicine servicesin Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity allows you to work within a well-established,not-for-profit, multi-specialty group with over 450 providers, exclusivelycontracted to deliver patient care and teaching at a state-designated Level 1Trauma and Burn Center (Adult and Pediatrics).

KeyResponsibilities :

• Providefull-scope family medicine in an outpatient setting.
• Collaboratewith a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• ActiveArizona medical license.
