We re teaming up with a new-school healthcare group that s flipping the script on how seniors get care. Think less 15 patients in 3 hours with a soggy tuna sandwich in between, and more you actually have time to breathe, chart, and remember where you parked your car.
Where They Need You (desperately):
Arizona: East Valley, West Valley, Sun City, Surprise, Papago (yep, all the Phoenix things)
Tucson, AZ (home of great sunsets and better tacos)
Las Vegas, NV: Paradise (x2 because one just isn t enough), West Lake Mead, and a Home Visit NP
St. Louis, MO: Ferguson, CCACP
Venice, FL: bring your SPF
North Omaha, NE: solid Midwestern vibes
The Gig:
Outpatient Primary Care for seniors no hospital chaos, no night shifts
Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM (no nights, no weekends, and you can still catch Jeopardy)
Just patients per day (you might actually get to finish your coffee)
Panels capped at 650 (we mean it, there s a cap)
Start Date: May 2025 (plenty of time to buy scrubs that don t have a hole)
Pay:
$130K base
Up to $13K in bonuses if you re kind, competent, and don t make grandma cry
Total package: $143K+ and full benefits
You re Our Person If You:
Are a Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of primary care experience
Aren t scared of seniors with multiple chronic conditions (they usually bring snacks)
Know your way around sutures, joint injections, biopsies, wound care
Hold an active, unrestricted license and DEA registration
Can use a computer without calling your nephew every time
