Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing comprehensive primary care services, focusing on preventive care, disease management, and overall health promotion for patients adults through geriatrics. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult, and geriatric patients.

Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Promote health education and disease prevention.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions.

Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and patient charts.

Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of direct clinical experience

BSN or MSN required

Active licensure in Massachusetts

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

For Physician Assistants: Must be accredited by the American Medical Association

Comfortable using new technology and software such as eClinicalWorks/Athena EMR

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
