Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for March 24, 26, & 28 at their Corporate Health center in Rifle, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break.
