We are seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join a not-for-profit organization that provides medical care, relief and education to homeless and low-income families in New York City. This full-time, permanent opening is located in Bronx, NY.Opportunity Highlights

• Located in a citywide Shelter intake center for homeless families with children with no other housing options available to them
• 4p-12a Monday to Friday
• 130k
