Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000/yr + RVU Incentive Bonus(Higher range available for highly experienced candidates)

Job Overview:The Advanced Practitioner delivers an expanded level of healthcare, blending traditional medical responsibilities with the autonomy of advanced clinical decision-making. Working under the guidance of a Physician Preceptor and within established medical guidelines, this role provides primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care aimed at restoring and maintaining optimal patient health. As a key member of a collaborative, mission-driven team, you ll play a critical role in integrated care delivery across rural and underserved populations.
