• Scope of Services: Full Primary & Family Care, Peds, BH, Case Management, Dental, Women's Health including Pre & Post-Natal, Peds, On-site Lab, Chronic Disease Care/Mgmt., Preventative, Labs, Health Education, Immunizations, Transportation, Enrollment, Referrals and Specialty Services
• M-F (8 am-5 pm) work schedule,no on-call,paid holidays,and aHUGE PTOpackage!
• $240k-260k DOE + Incentive and Sign-0n Bonus
