Practice Overview

Join a single specialty practice of 10 physicians & mid-level providers who collectively treat children, adolescents, adults through senior citizens for primary care. On-site labs.

ROLE

• See patients in 100% outpatient clinic. No OB nor hospital rounding.
• Average 14-17 patients a day
• 32 clinical patient hours
• Work from one site
• Call: Phone only 1x every 10 weeks + time for charting
• Half day on Saturday (2x per month), with 1 full weekday off
• Supervise NP or PA, supported by CMA
• Immediate busy schedule + EMR: eClinicalWorks

PACKAGE

$250k guaranteed salary + profit sharing + malpractice paid

Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO & CME, License fee paid

Skills

• Must be licensed or obtain an active license to practice medicine in Illinois.
• 1+ years experience preferred.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine + Bilingual Spanish required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
