Primary Care Physician Needed!

• Fort Wayne, IN
• Full time, 5 days a week
• patients per hour, Must see all ages
• Clinical Works - EMR
• BC or BE- in any primary care specialty
• Monday/Wednesday – 8-7 – Tues/Thurs/Friday – 8-5
• Cred- 30-45 days
• DEA, CPR, CSR- required
• Support staff available
• T&L- Hotel + Mileage
