• Redwood Community Health Center – MD (Family Medicine with Surgical OB)

💼 Compensation & Incentives – Physician

• Base Salary: $217,000 – $250,000 DOE
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
• Retention Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $15,000
• (additional $10,000 if relocating a parent or parent-in-law)
• Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $250,000
• (Eligible for J1 & H1B visas – cap exempt)
• Annual Company Credit Card Allowance: $5,000
• Access Bonus: Average of $12,400 per year (F/T)
• Childcare & Housing Support
• Parental Support: $10,000 stipend
