Family Nurse PractitionerRochester, NYJK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a local comprehensive healthcare center in its search for the next Family Nurse Practitioner! In this role, will provide holistic and comprehensive patient and family-centered healthcare to a group of patients through IDEAA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, Action) lens.Under the direction of and in cooperation with the Clinical Coordinator, the Family Nurse Practitioner will provide care to patients who attend the center, a Comprehensive and integrated Health center providing patient care through IDEAA lens (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Action) to the uninsured and underinsured in the Greater Rochester/Monroe County region.If you are looking to join a growing organization with a hardworking, energetic culture and the opportunity to make a difference, this is the opportunity for you! Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all patients, clients, neighbors, employees, volunteers, and protected and proprietary information. Demonstrated ability to communicate in spoken and written form, professionally, accurately, and effectively with culturally diverse groups of individuals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative Demonstrate critical thinking, flexibility, and customer service/focus. Ability to work independently with a high degree of independence and initiative, as well as collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed volunteers and staff. Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and occasionally complex projects to achieve desired results utilizing project management skills.Requirements Family Nurse Practitioner degree (MSN) from an accredited recognized program with license to practice in NYS and is Board Certified. 1+ years of clinical practice as an FNP. Requires valid NYS driver license as this position will drive the organization's Mobile Outreach Unit (MOU) and other agency owned vehicles. Requires valid NYS driver license, own reliable vehicle, and liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 as employee will need to drive for work purposes. Requires Malpractice Insurance. Maintain continuing education updates as determined by FNP board for certification. A heart of service for the underserved and working-poor. Comfortable and competent with learning the EHR System (Greenway/Intergy) and becoming competent in teaching others the system as well. Excel Proficiency is a plus. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness in a Health Care setting. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds, professions, skills, and abilities. Demonstrated ability to communicate in spoken and written form, professionally, accurately, and effectively with culturally diverse groups of individuals.Salary Range
  • $86K - $112K
