Position Overview:

CLS Health is hiring full-time Family Medicine NPs and PAs to support our growing network of outpatient clinics. In this role, you'll practice full-scope primary care in a team-based model alongside board-certified physicians. We offer clinical autonomy, built-in support systems, and productivity-based incentives tied to patient access and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, manage, and treat patients across the lifespan in a primary care setting
• Perform comprehensive and problem-focused visits, including preventive care
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics as needed
• Document care in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner using our EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure care coordination
• Participate in practice-level performance improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Texas license as an NP or PA (or ability to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• National board certification in Family Medicine
• DEA license (or eligible)
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000+ annually, based on experience
• Monthly Productivity Bonus: Potential to earn $50,000+ annually based on patient volume and RVUs
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks annually
