• Office is located at2600 N. Detroit St. (S.R.9), LaGrange, IN 46761
• Hours of practiceare:

Monday– Wednesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. / Thursday – Friday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Teamconsists ofphysicianandnurse practitioners
• Call schedule: County call rotation only for physicians
• The call center allows for avery light and manageable callwithexcellent work/life balance.
