Parkview Physicians Group Wabashis currently looking for anOutpatientFamily Medicine Physicianto join their team inWabash, Indiana.

• Hoursof practice areMonday– Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.,butflexibility is preferredas the practice is looking to provide extended hours.
• Weekly Patient Contact:36 hours is preferred.
• Daily encounter goalsof18-22 patientsdepending on visit lengths.
• Call requiredfor this position is1:4– lightcall that is physician friendly allowing forwork/life balance.
• Opportunityallows for OB, including administering C-sections and newborn rounding, butnot mandatory.

• Current team structure: 2 Physicians&1 NP

Parkview Wabash Health Clinic

• 1655 North Cass Street, Wabash, IN 46992.
• Current team structure: 3 NP's
