Are you an experienced Family Law Attorney? Are you passionate about helping individuals navigate complex family legal matters and advocate for their best interests? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's boutique law firm as a Family Law Attorney. We're seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive family legal services to our clients, guiding them through divorce, child custody, and other family-related cases.

LOCATION: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide legal representation and guidance to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, spousal support, prenuptial agreements.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs, goals, and legal rights, and provide sound legal advice accordingly.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as petitions, complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in family court hearings, mediation sessions, and settlement negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the bar and authorized to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience practicing family law in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of family law, including divorce, child custody, support.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and handle sensitive situations.
