Job DetailsJob Details:Our law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for family law, a knack for resolving complex legal issues, and a commitment to serving our clients with compassion and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and civil litigation. Handle all aspects of family law cases from initial client consultation through trial or settlement.2. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and prenuptial agreements.3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests in matters of divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence.4. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary evidence for each case.5. Provide sound legal advice to clients, helping them understand their rights and options.6. Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure the effective and efficient handling of cases.7. Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends and changes in family law to provide the most accurate and relevant advice to clients.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in family law practice.4. Proven experience handling divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreement cases.5. Proficiency in civil litigation with strong negotiation skills.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.8. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to clients.9. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.10.
