Family Engagement Navigator - Sisters of Charity Health System : Job Details

The Early Childhood Resource Center is recruiting for two (2) full-time Family Navigators for the Akron office. This position will report to the Early Childhood Regional Coordinator. Family Navigators are essential to the success of Akrons Unified Early Learning System. By ensuring families are supported and connected, this role helps children access the services they need to thrive and supports the broader goal of equitable, high-quality early learning for all. Position Summary. The Family Navigator will provide relationship-based support to families enrolled in the Unified Early Learning System (UELS). This role ensures that families are connected to health, housing, behavioral, and social services, and that developmental screenings and referrals are followed through.
