Position Description:The FBMH Professional will effectively work as a team lead with their partner and supervisor to provide Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) to children and families. ESFT will be provided in the home, school, and community environments. The Professional should demonstrate a master's level clinical knowledge base to provide direction and guidance to the Worker as needed.
The Professional will be required to participate in the three (3) year extensive training program and submit for the competency exam at the end of training. This position reports directly to the Family Based Mental Health Clinical Supervisor.
A bonus of $3,000 will be paid out with successful completion of a 90-day probation
Responsibilities:Compensation: Family Based Mental Health Professional starting salary is $50,000 annually. Mileage reimbursement, regular pay raise opportunities, and staff referral bonus.
