• Drive kids to and from school and activities, assist with evening routines and dinner time
• Take charge of family calendars, school and activity logistics, and help keep everyone on track
• Oversee household operations and liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Manage errands, grocery shopping, household inventory, and light organizing
• Introduce thoughtful systems and processes to improve household flow

• Offer light support with laundry, meal prep, or simple tidying/housekeeping when needed (and recommend and implement systems, processes and systems to help with previous bullet)
• Occasionally travel with the family to their nearby beach house or other destinations (if interested!)
• Support a smooth upcoming household move by coordinating logistics and scheduling

Qualifications

• Must be looking for long-term employment
• Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working for families with multiple children in a similar role
• Must be local to the Austin area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a clean driving record and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Must be willing to undergo a detailed background and reference check
• Must love kids - and dogs!

Compensation

• $100,000-$125,000 per year | Depending on experience
• Benefits may include, commensurate with experience:
• Paid vacation days - 10 (one week at your convenience, one week aligned with the family's travel)
• Paid time off days - 5 (flex days for sick, errands, or extra vacation - if used as extra vacation, must be in July while kids at sleepaway camp)
