Family and Community Services Specialist

As a Family and Community Services Specialist, you will be responsible for helping match parents from diverse populations with quality childcare. You will also be following up with parents to ensure that there are no barriers when it comes to getting matched with childcare. In this role the FCS specialist will occasionally represent 4C at community events.

We are looking for talented people with:

• Associate degree in Communications, Social Work, Education (or related field), OR 3-5 years of customer service or social services experience
• Excellent Customer Service experience required.
• Experience with MS Office suite strongly preferred.
• Must work occasional nights and weekends.
• Networking experience is a plus
• Experience with public speaking and ability to conduct trainings
