• Ability to work & communicate with staff & coaches
• Must possess at the time of application & maintain a valid Minnesota driver's license
• Basic understanding of mechanical and equipment maintenance
• Ability to operate landscape equipment, chain saw, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
• Demonstrate skill for the safe operation of equipment
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Prompt, regular and reliable attendance
• Stoop, stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day
• Walk 2 - 6 miles a day
• Lift branches and limbs
• Must have ability to push/pull equipment
• Good attendance record
• Ability to work in severe weather conditions and temperatures
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Other duties as assigned
