Fall 2025 Intern - IT - Live Nation Entertainment : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:Assist with asset inventory management, including tagging, tracking, and documentation of IT equipment. Perform daily conference room technology checks to ensure AV systems are functional before meetings. Assist users with basic technical support issues, such as password resets and account lockouts. Maintain IT equipment storage area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Document processes and solutions in our knowledge base. Assist in updating internal IT documentation and inventory logs. Shadow and support the IT Specialist with ongoing projects and helpdesk tickets. Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate team members.
