Faculty Position in Gene RegulationPOSITION SPECIFICSThe Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Penn State,University Park campus, invites applications for a tenure-trackfaculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate or FullProfessor.The search is open to any area of eukaryotic gene regulation and tobe a part of the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences. Thedepartment values interdisciplinarity and is open to thepossibility of joint hires with allied departments such asChemistry and Biology. We remain flexible in our direction forwardand encourage excellent candidates in all areas of eukaryotic generegulation to apply.The anticipated starting date for this appointment is summer orfall of 2026 or spring of 2027. The duties include research,teaching, supervision of student research at both the undergraduateand graduate levels, and service to the university and the greaterprofessional community.
