Faculty Onboarding Facilitator - The University of Rochester : Job Details

The Faculty Onboarding Facilitator serves as the primary contact for the Department of Psychiatry faculty recruits from the time of initial interview through Day 1 of their employment. The position is primarily responsible for the coordination of new faculty onboarding needs including assisting the candidate through the processes related to securing a faculty appointment, medical staff appointments, and system set up & access. The position additionally assists as needed with all faculty support matters. SCHEDULE M-F 8:30 am-5 pm - - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - - Scheduling recruitment meetings and interviews both in-person and via zoom. In-person dates may require complex itinerary scheduling and travel arrangements. Serve as primary contact related to faculty postings and faculty recruitment efforts. This includes a regular review of applicant C - Vs within HRMS with follow up to appropriate leadership.
