As a Program Coordinator II, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse helping faculty get hired, promoted, and supported-while keeping systems running smoothly and events on point. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience AND four years of program coordination or closely related experience. Responsibilities Affiliate Faculty Portal Manages the affiliate faculty hire process, including initiating pre-employment actions, creating account credentials, and processing action items. Serves as a primary contact for the affiliate faculty portal, responding to inquiries and providing guidance on trainings, tools, and program resources. Develops and updates training materials and delivers training. Maintains and analyzes affiliate portal records, databases, and usage statistics to support reporting and strategic planning. Coordinates strategic communications and marketing efforts, participates in departmental meetings and collaborates with Faculty Affairs leadership on program development and confidential matters. Affiliate Faculty Promotion Implement and oversee a two-cycle process for affiliate faculty promotions. Manage all aspects of stakeholder communication. Document creation and distribution. Data management and distribution. Faculty Hiring Assists in the oversight of College of Medicine faculty hiring and serves as main point of contact/backup when faculty hiring staff lead is out. Responds to inquiries regarding hiring processes and procedures from school and university-level stakeholders. Coordinates and tracks faculty hiring processes for the college SharePoint and Event Planning Maintains department SharePoint site. Annual faculty promotion event. Faculty Accelerator Series. Attends Faculty Affairs office meetings as needed. Supervise student worker as available and needed. Why Texas A&M University?
