Overview

Adjunct is responsible for instruction, course preparation, developing instructional materials, grading, assessment, and fulfilling professional responsibilities as a member of the instructional team of a school or academic department.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
  • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and tests in accordance with established procedures.
  • Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.

    • Qualifications

  • Master's degree required; Ph.D. preferred in History.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experience in a student-focused undergraduate environment is emphasized.

    Maximum: USD $2,750.00/SemesterMinimum: USD $2,750.00/Semester
