Factory Controller - ASML Holding N.V. : Job Details

S and responsibilities:Supervise and direct the activities of direct staff and indirect team members/stakeholders across matrix organization. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective action. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Develop and maintain operational and financial controls. Prepare and manage annual budget and forecast. Coordinate and review internal/external audit activities. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Education and experience: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required. Experience in transactional execution and data extraction with SAP and/or other large ERP systems required 7 years of experience in operations financial management preferred. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis specific to operations standard costing, labor rate development, efficiency metrics and non-financial KPI development and tracking.
