Factory Business Partner – Ultrasound

The Factory Business Partner implements financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing financial planning and analysis, and acting as a key financial advisor to the Ultrasound business leaders in the Medical Devices factory in Reedsville, PA.

Your role:

  • The role acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights to shape business strategy.
  • Leading the factory controllers and continue building an engaged and energized team
  • Leads the financial planning process for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, ensuring that all financial plans are aligned with corporate objectives and provide a clear roadmap for achieving financial targets.
  • Conducts complex financial analysis, such as profitability analysis, margin analysis, and ROI assessments, to support high-impact business decisions and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.
  • Works regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations, helping to shape business strategies and ensure that financial considerations are fully integrated into decision-making processes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired +10 years of experience in finance business partnering or in FP&A.
  • Your skills include financial modeling, forecasting, risk management, audit planning and budget management.
  • You have a degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting or engineering. MBA is highly preferred.
  • You're an avid user of SAP.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $110,325 to $176,520

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
