Facility Specialist - Licking County Aging Program : Job Details

FULL TIME - 40 HR PER WEEK 8 am-5 pm. SALARY: $16.00-$23.04 per hour (based on experience level)Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to: Upkeep, maintain, and ensure ongoing functionality of LCAP buildings, including both the interior and exterior. Manage maintenance requests, oversee repairs, ensure safety and security, and coordinate with various vendors. Perform routine building grounds and equipment checks. Troubleshoot, evaluate, and make recommendations to upgrade maintenance operations and/or implement savings opportunities. Responsible for keeping maintenance records as necessary and the facility event calendar. Minor carpentry, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, wall repairs, light bulb replacement, hanging pictures/bulletins/dry erase boards. Maintain supply and tool inventory and order as needed. Perform workstation, conference room, and event set-up. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as required.
