Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: 5-7 years in commercial high-rise, campus, or property portfolio management; leasing, construction, engineering experience preferred; familiarity with critical systems and cost reduction programs beneficial; CMMS experience preferred.
Additional QualificationsCertified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar certifications recommended; ability to read blueprints and management contracts; proficient in MS Office; strong financial management skills; knowledge of Financial Systems (Yardi is a plus); experience with Building Management Systems.
Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis role operates in a professional office setting, requiring standard office equipment use, occasional travel, and physical activity such as moving and operating machinery.
