The Facility Manager (FFP – Shops) is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery within government-owned or leased facilities under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The role oversees skilled trade shops (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations.

This position may also be eligible for a wide range of competitive benefits that can include but not limited to: medical, well-being, financial planning and short-term incentives benefits.
