Facility Maintenance Planner & Scheduler - Mankato, MN - Archer-Daniels-Midland Company - ADM : Job Details

The Maintenance Planner is a critical role responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all maintenance work activities at the ADM Mankato Complex. This includes developing detailed work plans, standardizing the work order system, and leading plant-wide shutdowns yearly P - Ms, Monthly, Weekly, Daily. The planner works closely with maintenance teams leaders, contractors (pipefitters, electricians, millwrights), operations, and engineering to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of maintenance tasks across the Crush, Refinery, and Cogeneration (Cogen) areas. Key Responsibilities:Work Planning & Scheduling. Develop, prioritize, and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work orders. Plan and coordinate jobs for multi-trade teams including pipefitters, electricians, and millwrights, ensuring labor, tools, permits, and materials are in place before execution.
