Facility Maintenance (Handyman) - Randstad : Job Details

Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and ot[ \n\t\n\t. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment\n\t\n\t\n\t. Troubleshoot and repair minor facility issues such as lighting, doors, furniture, and basic equipment malfunctions\n\t\n\t\n\t. Inspect and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality\n\t\n\t\n\t. Handle janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash and recycling bins\n\t\n\t\n\t. Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to meet hygiene standards\n\t\n\t\n\t. Perform light carpentry, painting, and drywall patching as part of facility upkeep\n\t\n\t\n\t. Monitor and restock janitorial and maintenance supplies; notify supervisor when inventory is low\n\t\n\t\n\t.
