Maintenance Manager | Allied Resources Technical Consultants
About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including team supervision, financial reporting, staff development, and customer service.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of all assets.
- Forecast maintenance needs and implement efficient scheduling to meet resident satisfaction and project deadlines.
- Hire, train, and lead a skilled maintenance team aligned with company goals and safety standards.
- Partner with military leadership and project managers to evaluate and enhance maintenance and repair strategies.
- Monitor financial and operational performance, ensuring maintenance activities stay on budget and maintain high service quality.
- Develop and recommend updates to operational and maintenance policies to improve service, safety, and efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations, Hazmat, environmental protocols, and Zero Harm initiatives.
- Participate in LifeWorks events and support broader community initiatives as needed.
- Physical requirements include regular lifting (up to 75 lbs), tool use, and clerical tasks involving frequent standing, climbing, and reaching.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Universal HVAC certification preferred.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
- Strong background in operations, budgeting, forecasting, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, local building codes, Hazmat, EPA, and Universal Waste protocols preferred.
