If you thrive on challenges and seek a career in a growing industry, we encourage you to join us at PSC today!Work Schedule: 8 hour day shifts - may change with demand of the work & the ability to work weekends and over time as needed.Pay Range: Starting pay $18.00 with opportunity for advancementJob Duties & Responsibilities:* Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition* Performs routine maintenance activities* Performs heavy cleaning duties* Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors* Gathers and empties trash* Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities / Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment* Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions* Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures* Vacuums and shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs* Manages inventory of cleaning supplies* Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs to equipment associated with the role* Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawn/gardens* Weeding and mulching garden beds* Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged vegetation as needed* Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees* Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapingJob Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:* May require a valid Driver's License* Must have at least a high school diploma* 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.* Stable work history with good references from past employers* Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check* PSC is a veteran-friendly company.
