Job Location : Paris,AR, USA
This position is a first-line greeter in a 125-seat restaurant with an adjacent 40-seat dining area. As a working supervisor, this position sets up and tears down banquet facilities and ensures serving personnel are scheduled. Duties include greeting and seating guests, explaining menu items and specials, assisting with resolving complaints, handling monetary transactions, supervising employees, and preparing work schedules. The Facility Manager is required to work weekends and some holidays with a varied work schedule. Applicant must have excellent public relations skills, a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age or older, as this position is required to serve alcohol. A criminal background check will be performed.
