Facility & Contract Manager - GE Vernova : Job Details

Oversee 3 PL and service vendor performance, ensuring contract compliance and execution of warehouse, transportation, and customs operations Own operational KPIs for the warehouse facility; lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Identify and manage the implementation of contract change orders in coordination with the Indirect Sourcing team Lead annual facility budgeting and cost center control; track operational costs and productivity targets Coordinate preventive maintenance, building upgrades, and expansions in line with business needs Identify, onboard, schedule, and manage third-party vendors required to perform maintenance activities Utilize ERP/ EAM systems to support problem-solving and identify improvement opportunities Develop and enforce facility management policies, in partnership with EHS and other GE Vernova teams Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors ?Required Qualifications.
